Philips is a big company with worldwide influence and collaboration. The job is challenging with many opportunities to learn and make an impact not only locally but worldwide as well.

Cons

The overall environment is definitely very competitive. It would be a perfect opportunity for someone willing and able to work independently. For those still starting off their career or are trying to find themselves might find it difficult to find the support they would need to thrive and lack the experience to take advantage of many of the opportunities.
