Pros

-Above Average Vacation previously (now officially unlimited as of 2023, tbd how that will pan out) -Above average paid holidays (Juneteenth, MLK, Veterans day +normal ones) -Above Average 401K match (7%) -Bonuses were historically good at 10%... in the worst year it was as low as 3% -Director level leadership is mostly good, but this depends on your department and business unit. -Discounts on sonicare and norelco. -Sounds like when you get laid off the severance is decent. -Random little perks for well being like rewards for healthy activities -High focus on quality within the areas near manufacturing.

Cons

-Work life Balance can be good. Depends if your team is fully staffed, and whether you are working with other teams overseas. We've seen a lot of people leave lately because their days started at 6am having phone calls with India in the morning and then staying up late to continue the same conversations. Also seen a lot of people leave because positions weren't being backfilled on purpose then making everyone else overworked. -Pay is below average for the seattle area. -Leadership above the directors at the global level is a bit of a revolving door, with constant changing directions and illogical decisions. -KPIs are a bit of a joke, if something goes Red we just move the bar or pick a different metric that is more favorable without actually addressing a root cause or making a real improvement. -Several rounds of layoffs in 2022-2023, most were just to move jobs overseas, which is probably a trend that will continue. -After a few quarters of very bad employee feedback , they just stopped asking for employee feedback via surveys. -With more jobs moving overseas there are fewer opportunities for career growth. -Bonuses will likely continue to suffer with all the CPAP recalls/litigation going on. All business units are being impacted by this.
