I loved the job I did. I worked for a previous company that Philips then came in and bought so lots of changes came which at first were good. They brought more order which was great. They were going to bring bonuses which would have been nice, hadn't had one in a very long time. They gave us our first raise in 5 years. They gave us parties with gifts which we weren't used to.

Cons

With changes that they brought to the company they purchased they brought in our manager who micromanaged everything we did which made our jobs nearly impossible. They made promises they didn't keep, like bonuses we never received. They took away our free insurance then charged us for it. They took away some paid holidays. The new HR department didn't care about complaints made. They eventually then closed the business and cost everyone their jobs.
