Huge organization which leads to some cons: minimal interaction/collaboration with other business groups; some gaps in management objectives; little interaction, guidance, or leadership from upper management; little company-wide pride (business group pride is strong, however) IT services are horrid The coffee sucks

too much turnover , Management doesn't accept pro active thinking. Very dated senior management philosophy. Cafeteria is marginal. software systems are a nightmare
