Excellent, lengthy training; Competitive pay & benefits; hybrid schedule; water stations in the office; adjustable desks; composting at the office; coffee & espresso beverages in the office; Internationally known/trusted products.

Cons

The only thing I can think of is - I think that training virtually is difficult - both for the trainee and for the trainer to see/know what the trainee is understanding - could be just me, though :)
