      Good flexibility while remote, but that is gone

      Pros

      Great flexible environment while remote, it's actually the best perk of this job. However, they have eaten the corporate cookie saying that we all must be back in office.

      Cons

      RTO mandated. Salary increases are always below inflation, and bonuses are around half of what is promised in your interview.
