Company offers good benefits. The workers want to do a good job. Great training and technology offered.

Cons

Leadership could use overhaul. Due to workforce reduction, remaining employees are thinly staffed and overworked. Constant changes if operations but due to ever changing healthcare landscape.

Great benefits. Lots of OT hours if you are willing to work. Gained customer service and busy call center experience.

Cons

Bad management. Bad hours. Low pay. It always gets very busy but there isn't enough staff to work.

Dynamic products and processes. Market place interaction is fantastic. Bright new talent arriving daily. Corporate structure and strategic direction are clear.

Cons

Not a team environment, very political with the organization, advisable to keep eyes open and resume up to date. Many good people going through the organization quickly. Culture of team not clear in practice
