Good starting position for young people As long as you are related to Andover (HP roots) you have tremendous opportunities

Cons

Employees are spending more time jockeying for position so that they do not get laid off Many are working while still trying to keep up with the workflow Flagship products rapidly losing market share as 2012 lay offs are catching up with the lack of position expertise of the new structure.

Global leading brands with Sonicare and Zoom whitening that Dentists like. Good marketing support and a very innovative company. Great place to get experience so you can move onto something better in the medical/dental sales industry

Cons

Management has set unrealistic sales goals for their sales people which has led to extremely high turnover in the US sales organization. My team has only one person left out of 10 left from when I first joined the organization over a year ago. "It's all about numbers or else" which has led to a toxic environment no matter how unrealistic they are. Management has set unrealistic levels of accountability which has led to a mass exodus over the past year in the sales organization There is very little developmental support outside of your initial training and very little management support with challenges that you may encounter.
