      Pros

      If you know what you're doing you can get away with anything here. They're too nice to slack employees.

      Cons

      The business is boss. These guys don't make the decisions. Everything is very stuck in corporate drivel mode.

      Pros

      People are great to work with. You'll create lifelong relationships.

      Cons

      Management at this company is unorganized and cant come up with effective year long strategies. Department heads will come up with a new structure for a department, it will fail within two years and they come up with something else that will likely fail. Managemetn is not on your side unless you "suck up". Dont feel like hard working employees are valued.

      Pros

      The company has great products. There are some very talented marketing professionals at the company. They understand life work balance - probably because they are based in the Netherlands.

      Cons

      It's a large company that has grown through acquisitions which, as usual, created disconnection. The different businesses in the Healthcare division often act like competitors instead of team members. The company does not have a strong corporate core and continues to downsize the corporate organization in favor of distributing the functions. This results in a lack of cohesiveness.
