      Pros

      At least I had a great opportunities grow and learn a lot. It's big company and complicated organization but it's for most others. Philips is trying to move on continuously.

      Cons

      Company try to bring innovations to the market but what speed...yes speed it rather slow and need to speed up.

      Pros

      I have been with Philips for more than 7 years. In those years not 1 day was the same. There is always a lot going on, many challenges and opportunities, if you are open for it you can determine your own direction. Lot's of opportunities to develop yourself, on the job and also via training. In general great colleagues to work with (some exceptions as everywhere else)

      Cons

      Due to it's size, many procedures and processes are in place which slows everything down. Especially the IT organization is totally dysfunctional. More managers than executors. It is unbelievable to see that one reorganization follows another, only impacting 'the work floor', not the managers who created this 'great' organization.....
