      Great Environment

      Pros

      Was a project trainee for 3 months, had a good manager , was part of the IT innovation group, learnt a lot about the functioning of a big enterprise like PHILIPS. Everybody was very approachable for assistance in any of the tasks that they were assigned to.

      Cons

      The tech support were pretty slow in installing the workstations/servers for implementing the project that we were assigned for. It took days even after our plans for implementation got finalised!

      Pros

      The people and the workplace were fantastic. The clients were also easy to work with. Being in inside sales was a great position.

      Cons

      Not enough clear directives from management and too many high expectations and unreachable goals.
