      Few opportunities for development

      Pros

      Very good work/life balance. It is possible to work from home and to negotiate time with the line manager. If you work in R&D there are many chances to travel, which makes the job more interesting and less monotonic. A good place to start a career and accumulate knowledge in preparation for the next steps.

      Cons

      Litigious management, taking care more of its own growth than the one of the company. Highly political; impossible to develop a career unless the employee has more than good relation with the boss (assuming the fact that the boss matters within the organization). Politics seems to matter more than competence. Projects suffer from that, and ultimately also products.

      Difficult to work in an environment of radiologists for a person with business background - do not join unless you have a very strong medical background
