      -Gives responsibilities based on your potential, not on your age -Stretches you beyond your comfort zone -Pays higher than average standards -Good focus on people development -Management not afraid to make decisions

      Cons

      -HR can be too focused on "High Potential Programme" blocking cross-functional/career progression at certain instances

      Pros

      Building a CT machine is like building a space ship. Philips has a lot of Phds dealing with a vast rage of areas: physics, material sciences, medicine, electrical engineering, web development, system engineering (software/hardware) and much more. If you come from a background of physics/electrical engineering or CS - you'll get a good salary and a relatedly nice career path (in terms of promotions; Meaning that you don't have to wait 4 years for a promotion).

      Cons

      If you academic background is Economics/Accounting/industrial Engineering etc., there's almost no development opportunities in here. That's too bad.

      international multi cultural strong brand visible end products around you

      Cons

      too many layers, reduces speed, gives oppertunity to people to hide from owners ship and responsibility despite all good tools and reviews available , in the end you are a number as an employee unless you are in top 100 people.
