      The work is good, initially for few years then it becomes kind of repetitive... The exposure is available but not for every one

      Cons

      CL sometimes its overwork Can provide better resource planning, The budgetting mechanism is not clear, need to fight for every thing..

      You make equipment that actually helps people, most of the people are good, hard working honest people that it's easy to become friends with.

      Cons

      Many of the departments are top heavy with people that have been here a very long time. this makes it difficult to move up. they don't want everyone being a "senior" member of the department and since those that are senior aren't leaving it leaves little room to move up.
