Govt like work culture - relaxed environment

Cons

Poor focus on customer problems - people working on random stuff May be it is in end of life stage due to poor quality hiring and direction dishonest management - guard rails for employees safety (career & health) are missing HR is useless and unnecessary they eat all your leaves. I even saw notebooks, pens locked in a cupboard - no trust among team members.
