      Coworkers as long as you are on a good team

      Cons

      Company pays low, doesn’t respect or have work life balance. There’s no alt schedule. Valero, Marathon and others have much better and competitive packages

      Stable company that provides a critical product across the world. Provides valuable/reputable experience for the next opportunity.

      Cons

      Very conservative leadership that lags behind in most areas. IT leadership is particularly lacking in people management skills, consistently putting down individuals or entire groups in private or in front of the entire organization. Morale and trust are at the lowest I’ve seen in the company’s lifetime.
