Pros

The pay and benefits overall is great

Cons

Status quo environment. Very cliquish and promotions are based if you are liked and not by experience or knowledge. Lots of improvement needed to be diverse and inclusive

Pros

good benefits, decent pay, nice HQ building, value inclusion & diversity, 19/30 program.

Cons

My line of work is an important part of our company strategy, yet it is glaringly obvious management does not appreciate or understand it. Limited opportunities for growth. Handling of employees/in-office return in May 2020 (during pandemic) was disturbing. Workplace flexibility is non-existent; "we are a work from work culture", management is constantly shifted around and never become specialists, in my experience.
