      Get to work with various IT technologies 9/80 schedule Yearly bonus

      Cons

      Management is terrible and unorganized. Takes years to get a promotion and the cycle is political. Lack of empathy for employees. Head count has gotten so low that you'll be doing 3 jobs at once while still be underpaid compared your role and title.

      - no communication from top down - no clear vision for company - layoffs - upper management makes decisions without knowing what real work is being done underneath - too many changes that are not for the best
