Pros

Phoenix Children's is an amazing place to work. Very mission driven and 100% for kids, as the tagline states. Great facility and up to date equipment. Full services for whatever illnesses kids have. Pay is equal to market and better than I've seen in other cities.

Cons

The pace of growth and change creates communication gaps that can sometimes frustrate staff. Parking can be tight.

Employees are really passionate about the mission of PCH, and some of the most caring, talented, and gifted individuals work here. Employees genuinely seem to enjoy the people they work with. It is amazing to work for a company where you know the work you do makes a difference in the lives of others every day.

Cons

Parking can be a bit frustrating

Pros

Excited to be working for a company so passionate about their mission and goals. Resources are put in all the right places. Facility is remarkable and care delivered is extraordinary. Everyone is treated with the same level of respect and courtesy. Welcoming and friendly from the moment you walk in the lobby.

Cons

On-boarding and training could use some attention. Parking can be challenging.
