Pros

Tablet charting, team that will work with your schedule, personal cards, attire is based on client. They do not require to purchase logo uniforms but an option. They have nurse week and employee recognition.

Cons

The health insurance is expensive. It's a for profit and regional company so not many benefits. It is working with Medicare and Medicaid clients where the pay is not much.

flexible scheduling. holidays off. no weekends

Cons

pay is low compared o other jobs you can get as a nurse. also they did away with paid holidays this year and they pay you less if you want benefits.
