Pros

Very friendly and caring staff/management. Company founders have big hearts and try to be as involved as possible. Good learning experience with a nice variety of services offered so you can move around and learn new things. Company portrays a very 'family' feel to its employees.

Cons

Limited opportunity for advancement/higher compensation. There was a freeze on raises almost the entire time I worked there, and it seemed like most role changes were lateral. The 'family' feel of the company can get a little too close to a real family (i.e. gossip/drama, everyone wants to know your business, etc.)
