Pros

I love the leadership classes that are offered at Phoenix and the owners are well involved with their staff. It definitely represents a flight culture well and carries good core values. I would recommend this company to a friend or family member.

Cons

There can be a lack of communication between departments. There can be unrealistic expectations of a specific job title at times. Overall a great experience with the company.

Pros

- You are valued here; lifelong learning is encouraged and the company offers culture classes that enrich your life both professionally & personally - Your coworkers support and encourage you -- teamwork is practiced well - More manageable work/life balance compared to other jobs - Employee incentives are nice and refreshing; employees can reward each other through available company means - They like to hire from within and really recognize hard work - Management generally sets a great example--it starts from the top! - The owner is very involved, truly has an open door policy, and makes it a point to engage with every level of employee on a regular basis, making you feel valued and like an essential part of the team who's needs are taken seriously. - We help our own in times of distress or trouble, there is a real global mindset in most who are here - You get paid mileage/hotel accommodations if you need to travel, or depending on position/task can utilize a company car instead of your own - Impressive company culture

Cons

- Sometimes there are long hours that need to be worked (but that comes with many jobs) depending on position - No spousal health insurance coverage (but if you have kids, they can be covered by available plans) - Sometimes a few individuals seem to forget to "practice what we preach" for our business culture (but we are all human) - At times our business culture can foster somewhat unrealistic performance expectations (however it is usually remedied or not a problem with good communication & understanding on both parts) - Not as diverse of a staff as other workplaces (but getting better!)
