      I always feel supported, whether I am working in the field or the office, help is always just a phone call/text away.

      Cons

      Some home care clients are difficult, but you can always ask to be reassigned.

      Pros

      If you want to feel like a true valued team member I would suggest be a part of Phoenix. You will see the owners on numerous occasions just coming in to see how their staff are doing. The management is more uplifting than I could even imagine. I feel like i became a part of a family instead of a team.
