Pros

Some of the management is nice and work well with you,

Cons

Even when you tell them you can’t work past certain miles or areas, they schedule you past those limits any ways. Or they will tell you it’s a fill in temporarily but end up making them a permanent client without discussing it with you prior. The mile compensation is crap and you can’t start even earning PTO or sick leave till 90 days in and I was over that and still not earning any of those hours. You don’t get insurance until a year into the job. Poor communication and will adjust your schedule and hours without discussing it with you prior.

Pros

The clients, decent management and co workers

Cons

Limited work, unrealistic and misinformed care plans for clients, low wages, unaffordable benefits, often very poor and unsanitary working environments
