      Staff has the opportunity to be noticed for their hard work and contributions. The company has expanded, but maintains their priority being caring for their employees so their employees can care for the clients.

      Cons

      Like with any healthcare job, the job can be taxing and requires working some weekends and holidays.

      New Entity "New Day HealthCare" made working for this company a challenge and unknown of stability or reassurance to employment. Very unfair and very hostile environment, company values did not match with original core values and was made to be manipulated at companies' discretion.
