      Pros

      Culture at Phoenix Home Care and Hospice is like no other. When you hear people says it's different at Phoenix, that's because IT IS!!! Been in HHC for 20 years. Never worked for a company that not only takes pride in great care of their patients but also Amazing care of their staff. We truly are a family. We all work so well together and have a passion for taking the best care of our patients, their families and our referral sources.

      Cons

      Sometimes caring so much for this company can take away from family life but that is only by my choice not the expectation.
