      Pros

      The nursing staff is so helpful, anytime i have a problem i can bring it to them and they do their best to help me through it.

      Cons

      I get paid less than i would like and there is an overtime cap so i can only work 50 hours a week. Also sometimes there is difficulty with communication between nurses.
