Pros

Phoenix is always there for their employees, and they have a great support system. The culture Phoenix has is one of a kind. Everyday Phoenix strives to make a difference in other peoples lives whether it be the employee of Phoenix or a client of Phoenix.

Cons

Need more employees due to rapidly growing!!!!! It's a positive thing!

Pros

None unless you like getting screwed over.

Cons

Like to treat employees and clients like crap, take advantage of you, short paychecks constantly, lots of drama and talking about employees behind their back, two faced administration, don't want to hire men, if you don't have the look you won't get certain positions, as far as their mission and vision it's a joke. And they even fire some for no reason but allow other employees to steal pills from clients, borrow money, sleep with clients and do drugs while working!!!

Making anonymous comments is easy, but constructively working through issues is not, but is the only way to sincerely produce solutions.

Pros

Families/clients are easy to work with. ADMIN at current location are pleasant and responsive to questions, but they are underpaid and overworked also. HR personnel and ADMIN always sound positive and optimistic

Cons

Hired under the impression of working full-time, part time hours provided Orientation is 8-5pm every Thursday, little training Pay is capped for RN no matter experience Night differentials is only .50. Maybe $1-$2 more for weekends. Confusing paperwork Many stipulations have to be met before receiving bonus No CONTRACT signed Health/dental/vision only extended to children, NOT spouse PTO only after working for 12 months
