Pros

The culture is very open and helpful. Supervisors are always ready to help, even if they are not your direct supervisor. Even though it is an individually paced job, other case managers provided needed relief and resource gathering.

Cons

Productivity is sometimes unreachable and one would be penalized if not reaching said productivity hours.
