Pros

Working here has been like working with family. Supervisory staff cares and supports me unfailingly, and they do everything they can to make my job easier. Mental health is not an easy job, but coming in each day to Phoenix makes it bearable.

Cons

Caseloads can sometimes be large due to unprecedented demand. Support is always available.
