Access to cool equipment along with financing. Generous PTO and 401k matching. Very knowledgeable who gets all of their vendors to train you on products.
Cons
toxic work environment. you will have knowledge withheld, prepare to be left hanging, or to figure it out on your own. The scheduling department made life hell and don't understand time zones. i traveled with less than 24hrs notice constantly for work, but was written up for calling in on a Friday to prepare for a Saturday funeral in a different state.
Friendships that are made have made this place bearable
Cons
The petty rules-no cell phones, no food at your desk, no vacation or sick time. Family politics control the company and heaven forbid you do need a day off or are sick, you are made to feel guilty for taking that time. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!
Great team. Good work/life balance. Work isn't too difficult. Pay is fair.
Cons
No clear guidance from leadership. We are constantly our own worst enemy and create unnecessary issues. Corporate is unwilling to invest to fix the problems and just accept it as reality.
