      the owner and his wife are nice, I have maintained good friendships with former employees

      the family controls everything. and they have 1 vindictive manipulative person manage the office that lied all the time to make herself look good. she would cause trouble then play victim once you retaliate and pretend like she's a good Christian

      Pros

      I enjoyed the team I worked with and got a chance to speak with most of management and they were easy to talk to. They are open to feedback and will try to work with you just based on what company needs allow.

      Cons

      They would benefit from a suggestion box or some kind of open forum for Q&A's
