      Worth the Struggle

      Pros

      Owner, sales manager, and office staff were all super friendly. Small business allowed for your opinion to matter. Pay was always good and benefits were good as well.

      Cons

      Operations had a hard time finding good technicians to execute the jobs. This made it difficult to sell with confidence and grow the business.
