      Pros

      Pride in being part of a team that delivers a great service/product. Great coworkers. The owner has worked his way up "through the ranks" and truly understands all aspects of the business. The technical part of customer service is finely detailed for great results.

      Cons

      Communication could be better. One family member manages to chase off decent employees for trivial reasons.
