Pros

Photobiz is a place where you meet a lot of good people with strong work ethics. Each team has its own strengths: Developers and R&D work to craft better products, Services & Support try to help customers. Everyone seems to be friendly and willing to help out each other. Some of the best people I've worked with have been from here. Over the last couple of years, the company has been changing and I think for the best. Finding talented people who seem really passionate about their jobs.

Cons

Each department may have its own share of hardships and long hours. There is a shortage of people in needed areas which could help the overall growth of the company.

Great team environment and people that you will want to stay in contact with forever. You will get a lot of online knowledge and experience that will help in future careers.

Cons

Very little opportunity to grow in the company and no regular reviews. You are expected to be support, sales, domain specialist, designers, and other roles with no incentive or compensation behind it
