Absolutely NO dress code. A bathing suit is acceptable attire.

Cons

There is a reason they have so much turnover! Just a horrible work environment overall. Very little communication between departments or even within departments. A very negative experience overall.

It’s a decent paying first gig for someone fresh out of college. The people you are stuck in that hell hole with, especially support, are some of the nicest people you will ever meet. Please get out of there, you are worth so much more. There is a diverse group of people, and I wanna believe it’s not bc they are taking advantage of them but cannot convince myself.

Cons

Life sucking job. Everything sucks, especially upper management. Definitely a “we got everyone pizza so you should stay” place. There is almost no leveling up unless you are one of the favorites and even then they do very little training and throw you into the fire. I saw really nice and caring managers leave because upper management destroyed them, some of them question their morals. The owner didn’t know what UX/UI was until I explained it to her but owns a tech company?! ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
