Pros

Donuts on Wednesday, pizza once a month, most of the employees are good people. Nice work areas, place can be fun at times.

Cons

Management plays favorites, pay is very low, nobody is treated with respect by management unless you're a developer - developers are royalty. A handful of "favorite" employees are allowed to abuse others with no repercussion. This place is a toxic work environment.
