Pros
Met some really great, honest people at this job. We all bonded over the trials and tribulations of customer service and i had some great managers at one point.
Cons
Upper management is TERRIBLE. They are so incredibly selfish and only care about money and not about the happiness of their employees. In the several years that I was there I had seen so many unethical decisions made and disorganization to a disturbing level. Employee morale is very low because there is no positive reinforcement, which leads to a high turnover rate. So many beloved coworkers left because upper management cannot get a grip on reality and treat their employees well. We had no city manager for an entire season of 2016 because the great ones left since their ideas weren't listened to and they did nothing to hire a new one. This hurt everyone and caused my job to be so hard because I had no support. The offices are now so tiny because they didn't want to pay more money and it harmed the work that we were trying to do. When the weather was freezing outside we were only given thin, ugly red jackets. Customers are god awful and will yell at you for no reason constantly. Customer service jobs entail that - but this especially was awful because they feel entitled to the photograph you took of them and will argue about giving them a discount. If you hate bad upper management, people arguing with you constantly and being out in bad weather then this isn't the job for you.
