No respect for employees.
According to them if you stay in office for 9 hours means you doing normal work . They expect you to work for long hours.
They will inform you on the same day and ask you to resign on the same day. They have fired many employees on the same day with out prior notice as per the offer letter agreement and with no compensation. No job security, you can loose the job on sameday without prior notice and salary compensation.
They ask you to 8.48 as average as your time in, if you maintain less than that they will ask you to come on weekends and do the work . Don't join this Company unless you don't have anyother option.
