No pros except if you are deployed at client location at least you will get out of photon torchers
Cons
No job security, no work life balance, no work ethics, no respect basically you have to be slave for them and need to work irrespective of your technology stack.. They will use you as a headcount to buy project and ask you to work even if you don't have that skill set.. Ex if you are react resource they will give. Net project
