      No tools to succeed

      Pros

      Some very smart and motivated people work here who will work really hard for the company even when they get nothing in return.

      Cons

      1. Some managers are not the sharpest tools in the yard. They do not provide direction and will throw you under the bus if they are in trouble. 2. There is no transparency in terms of career path and appraisal process. If you provide a feedback to the manager, it will be held against you in the years to come. 3. The overall process is broken, whatever the CEO and CTO says goes without consideration - example Saturday working days. 4. Usage of foul language here is a norm. If you don't speak foul language, you might never get promoted.

      The worst. Just... the worst.

      Pros

      They managed to sell into a few big brands, but they're hanging by a thread.

      Cons

      Non-existent onboarding process. Zero HR support. Miserable, inhumane culture. Employees are berated constantly and called monkeys. The senior leadership will tell you straight-faced that they are gods.

      The delivery team has a good mix of experienced and young talent. Being a young team Photon has good work culture which drives learning Very good compensation Senior employees are helpful and overall less politics Exposure to latest technologies, iOS, Android and Windows technologies in mobility

      Cons

      Expectations are set high but it only becomes difficult if someone is not performing Overall very few cultural and team building events Lack of a recreational area for employees
