Pros

Photon took me in, they put everything that I know to the test, I like a place that will test everything that you have first and then take you in with open arms. They trusted me and I am reaping all the benefits. Good part, is working on latest mobile technologies and hardworking coworkers.

Cons

There will always be some space for improvements and I would love to suggest some more space for the recreational room and getting coffee vending machines.

My experience with Photon as a full time employee for 3 years is not what I expected once I got impacted by lay offs with my client!!! They say you are full time but they don’t really care about their employee situation nor visa status. Photon or the HR I worked with hardly gave me 3 working days to get replaced to another position (which is highly impossible in today’s market) and without any prior notice kicked me out of photon in minutes. I requested if I can use my paid leaves which I saved for my personal reasons but they don’t really care.
