I would say, 50 good 50 bad... here work culture, growth opportunities, hike policies, work timings, and leave scenarios. -- Not great but okay Yearly leave - 7 days who has less than 2 yr exp in photon, 2+ year inphoton 10 days Hike - I been here for 1 year still not sure about their cycle work - All day ofc, monthly 2 days WFH Timing - Flexiable but min 7 hr in ofc

company with no work culture no policy for employees, not company oriented company never thinks about employees useless HR and management. Shops are better than this they are not running the company never seen and heard about organisation like this seriously no tea coffee machine in office no facilities for employees except water no work culture mandatory to complete 9 hours in office otherwise lop will be there. No variable pay they will always tell company is in loss so forget your vp. No hike increment from last 2022 . No job security they will hire you for 15 days and after 1 month they will fire you without any notice. they will force you to work on weekends also with no benefits. Please dont join this company please go through the review all 5 star are paid reviews they hire organisations to give 5 star and good reviews.
