I was hired for senior data engineer role . I had given 4 rounds of technical interviews itself. Once they hired i was put on bench . They had not got the confirmation from the client side to hire me . Instead they informed me client has agreed so we are hiring you for the project . 2 months i was bench they did not push my profile to any projects . They kept saying we are trying After 2 months they laid me off . " HR's in photon are one of the worst HR's " and so is the management. They did add the PF on the first day of joining itself . Which is hampering my career now . Because i have to answer to every single company . This company is hiring candidates on weekly basis and firing on daily basis . Worst to worst company . They even hire candidates for project which are only for 15 days old . they even take clients whose project timeline is 15 days
