The pay is above industry average for starters. You get to work on cutting edge technologies and projects for fortune 500 clients. Its a decade old stable organization with good work culture. Good onsite opportunities in the US. Good growth prospects for high performers.

Cons

Work life balance can be challenging. No coffee vending machines and a bad cafeteria. No recreational areas.

Treat employees as an object. Leadership doesn’t know how to lead. A lot of favouritism happens, if you are not South Indian- join company at your own risk. They over promise when they hire you. Can release you anytime they want. No work life balance.
