      Pros

      There are no pros literally other than the slightly better salary. They have their sales guys write reviews like great place to learn and all that. There is nothing great one will learn or do here. It is like any other IT company with slightly better pay.

      Cons

      Abusive culture. No appreciation. Very nasty work environment, they call it fast and aggressive. always late hours of work and weekend work.

      Good Company for Freshers to Learn new Technologies

      Pros

      Exposure to various mobile technologies.Progression is quick for good performers. Compensation is above average. Access to the coolest gadgets like iPhones, iPad, etc. The work culture is fun because of a young organization.

      Cons

      No coffee machines, I have been used to those since my times at MNCs. They should get those asap. Also the cafeteria is small and gets crammed up in the evening.

      1.) Good projects in iOS, Android and Windows for Fortune 500 clients 2.) Fast paced and learning oriented work culture 3.) Good growth prospects for high performers 4.) Onsite opportunities in US 5.) Very good exposure and there are plenty of opportunities and freedom to take responsibilities

      Cons

      1.) Limited presence in India need to have a office in Pune 2.) Lack of recreational areas in the office 3.) No coffee machines and a sub standard cafeteria 4.) More awards and recognition can be included
