Absolutely no one from photon will post a review glittering with rainbows and nice words.(in simpler words, no one in photon would give it a five star review. I can guarantee you that). Not a very great culture. There is an extremely low degree of mentoring at every level. "No spoonfeeding" is the nonsensical excuse they'd give you. A 1-2 bond for new joiners is another millstone around your neck. It's very easy to read between these lines. Attrition is sky high. I've seen people join the company and once they're in, they want no part of it and put down their papers the very next week. If you're reading this, join the company at your own peril. You will eventually regret it.
