      Used new technologies.* good learning opportunity. you are lucky if you get good project.

      Cons

      firing rate is more. lot of people they are hire and immediately they fire before they complete probation period. They won't follow notice period of 90 days that mentioned in offer letter while firing. have to come office regularly and must maintain 9 hours. no half leave policy. Bad company. useless delivery managers and management people. HR too waste.

      Company gives good salary package as per the job market

      Cons

      * This company is a total mess. Since they give good salary package, they always get new joiners. So they don't care at all about employees. If you cannot work overtime or come on weekend, you can leave. They just don't care. * Forceful overtime work. They even give awards for people who stays long hours (But not for people actually work. Bcz managers don't really know how to evaluate people. ) * Most of the time, have to work on weekends. * Incapable managers. Managers send threatening kind of emails to come on weekends when they get pressurised by management. * No work-life balance at all. * Work environment looks very pathetic. Narrow corridors and spaces. * Company doesn't care about work quality. They just want to deliver something and get paid by clients.

      Hi Photonite, we are happy you have been part of Photon for 3+ years where you have been able to find growth in terms of learning, this wouldn't have been the case if the culture within Photon is like you claim it to be. Though few temporary policy changes have been made during this pandemic period to align to teleworking, this does not affect the long term benefits of the employees. This is not just with Photon but with the industry as a whole. We are still here to support if you would like to reach out to aid you better.
