There were times when I had to work on public holidays as well. 3 new company policy to work for 8:8 hrs so in total you will end up working 10hrs (8:8+1 hr break) but no salary increment or bonus. Since it's technically not 9hrs of productive time. 4. You will never get any leaves as there is always Pending works. So say goodbyes to your social work and family life.

they have legal team which pointout each term and condition while leaving organisation not at all good ...they will distrubt you legaly and professionally
