Management - Old clueless people, (reminds me of those shown in movies as govt employees). Till you resign,no one listens. Good at shouting .That's all they are good at. Policies - One of the worst/outdated you could find in IT sector. All policies favour the employer . Recruitment- They rarely get people who are qualified for the role. I have seen many people abscond, within one to two weeks of joining. Because of the lack of quality around you, you would give up. Support structure - Worst of the lot. No amount of emails,phone calls or tickets or direct chats will get you any sort of help. Makes it worse if you work at places which is not Chennai. Even on the last day, they would make you run a lot.

No work life balance, forget about washroom even to drink water you have to go out and time will be counted for the same, you have to stay inside premises for 8 hrs. no coffee/tea available in office, no medical insurance for family by company you have to pay for your dependence, i am working in Bangalore office and co-ordination with Chennai team is horrible they have a different level of attitude, to get response from them is huge task, Entire day in the office you will feel irritated either because no proper response from your team mates who are in Chennai or for restricting yourself to sit in front of PC for completing 8 hrs you'll have no freedom, if you go out for tea or some short break rather than enjoying your break or refreshing yourself you'll be thinking of time. most of people working here are not happy about the work culture, before joining just think you'll be in this situation everyday, make a wise full decision
